1. Data controller
The company publishing Smaacks, currently being incorporated (see the legal notice). In the meantime, the point of contact is the email address below.
2. Data we collect
During pre-registration: email address, password (stored only in hashed form), username, display name, date of birth, gender, interface language and — for creators — spoken languages. Nothing else is collected on this site: no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers (the only local storage is your theme preference).
3. Purposes
Creating your account and reserving your username ahead of the opening (pre-contractual measures); if you ticked the corresponding option, emailing you on opening day (consent, withdrawable at any time). Your data is never sold or shared for advertising.
4. Retention
Your data is kept until the platform opens, then according to the full policy that will be published. You can request the deletion of your account at any time before opening.
5. Processors
Accounts and data are hosted by Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure); the website is hosted by Vercel. These providers act as processors under the GDPR.
6. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection. To exercise them, write to the contact address; deletion of a pre-registered account is carried out on simple request.
