1. Purpose
These terms govern pre-registration to Smaacks, an adults-only live video platform currently in pre-launch. The service itself is not yet accessible.
2. Pre-registration and account
Pre-registering creates a real account and reserves your username. The account stays inactive until the platform opens: no sign-in and no payment is possible before that date. You agree to provide accurate information, including a valid email address that belongs to you.
3. Adults only
Pre-registration and the service are strictly reserved for people aged 18 or over. Age verification will be required at opening.
4. Personal data
The processing of your data is described in the Privacy Policy. You can request the deletion of your pre-registered account at any time by writing to the contact address.
5. Changes to these terms
A complete version of the Terms (service operation, virtual currency, content, moderation) will be published before opening. It will need to be accepted to activate the account.
